1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Hytherium to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Use of Service

Hytherium is provided free of charge for personal and community use. You agree not to:

• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the bot with excessive requests
• Use the bot for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the bot

3. Availability

Hytherium is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to take the bot offline for maintenance or discontinue service at any time.

4. Third Party Services

Hytherium uses the Hypixel API to retrieve player statistics. We are not affiliated with Hypixel Inc. Stats displayed are sourced directly from Hypixel's API and may not always be up to date.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

Hytherium collects and stores data from the following commands:

/verify

• Your Minecraft username
• Your Hypixel rank
• Your UUID
• Your Discord Name
• Your Discord User ID

This data is stored solely to enable the account-linking feature and is never shared with third parties.

/guild

• Minecraft usernames
• Hypixel ranks
• UUIDs

The data collection applies only when viewing the GEXP Top players and the members list. Not when you view the general info of the guild.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, log, or store message content, command arguments beyond what is needed to fulfil your request, or any personal information beyond what is listed above.

3. Data Retention

Your linked account data is stored until you request deletion. To delete your data, contact us via the Discord support server.

Guild data (usernames, Hypixel ranks, and UUIDs) is cached and automatically refreshed every 5 minutes while the guild is actively being looked up. If no one looks up a guild for 7 consecutive days, automatic refreshing stops, but the cached data is not deleted. It remains stored until the guild is searched again, at which point it is refreshed. If you wish your data to be deleted, contact us via the Discord support server.

4. Third Party APIs

Stat lookups are performed against the Hypixel API. Hypixel's own privacy policy governs what data they collect. We cache player usernames, Hypixel ranks, and UUIDs returned from the Hypixel API and retain this data until it is refreshed on a subsequent lookup.
